Greetings!
My name is Wes Berry. I am the Owner, and CEO of Real Heart nonprofit. The Real Heart nonprofit was established off of the genuine and loving words of my grandmother who once told me when you are done running through the world with no heart you will learn to walk through the world with a real heart. As someone who was born into poverty dysfunction, trauma and violence, my personal life experiences allow me to truly understand the dedication, commitment, and support it takes for someone to transition out of the lifestyle of chasing death into one of chasing life. The continuous goal for Real Heart is to assist individuals, families, and community members becoming the best selves they can, by showing up and supporting them with our Real Heart.

In the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, underprivileged young adults and adults face significant barriers to personal and professional growth, including limited access to education, mentorship, and support systems.
WHAT WE OFFER
Real Heart Nonprofit aims to provide a nurturing and safe environment where participants can access various resources and training to facilitate their holistic empowerment and personal growth.

Our family of expert trainers have a diverse background and a wide range of field expertise that will allow Real Heart to provide a well-rounded approach to helping each participant is gain the skillsets necessary for a successful a positive life experince upon graduating from the program.
